Dur Hospitality has sealed an agreement with Accor to open a luxurious resort in Jeddah, under Accor’s Rixos brand.
Dur will transform the Makarem Annakheel Village into a full-fledged resort with a 5-star luxury hotel, a water park, swimming pools, and deluxe villas, all developed in line with the Rixos brand’s top standards.
Rixos Jeddah Resort is Saudi Arabia’s first Rixos resort and the first luxurious integrated resort of its kind in Jeddah.
In his remarks, Dur Hospitality’s Chairman Abdullah Al-Issa stated, “The partnership with Accor aligns with our strategy to cement our leading position in the Kingdom’s hospitality sector by offering our guests the best world-class experiences. It simultaneously supports the sector’s role in achieving the objectives of Vision 2030 which inspires us to provide the latest premium hospitality products and services.”
Dur Hospitality’s CEO Sultan Al-Otaibi emphasized that this agreement strengthens Dur’s long-established reputation for collaborating with the world’s top hotel brands. “This partnership reflects Dur’s commitment to draw on the expertise of leading luxury brands to bring the best to our local and international guests. The resort will add value to what Jeddah has to offer as a major tourist destination on the Red Sea coast.”

Rixos Jeddah Resort features 247 residential units, that include 174 rooms and 73 villas and a private beach with green landscapes and state-of the-art facilities, including fine-dining restaurants, a café, a beach restaurant, kids club, a central ballroom, a marina, conference halls, and a health club.
