The story of Chiki dates back to October 2020, when Mr. Jasim Alyasi, the founder of Chiki and a fan of fried chicken, opened a kiosk at the Dubai Global Village and introduced his special recipe to the people. It was the very first time in the UAE for fried chicken to be served in Toast Bread. The recipe was so tasty and flavorful that people stood in line just to get a bite of that Chiki. By the end of the season, Chiki opened in different cities of the UAE covering five Emirates (Sharjah , Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Dibba, Al Ain, Masafi, Khorfakkan, Fujairah and Ajman) and will expand soon to cover all of the UAE.

But let’s talk especially about the best seller Chiki Signature Toast. Crispy chicken soaked in Chiki’s Fabulous sauce is wrapped in homemade crunchy toast, delivering a melange of intricate flavors.
Mr. Jasim took one year to prove that his special recipe is what people were missing, elevating the standard fried chicken experience to an exquisite one.
And that’s how Chiki earned the Master of Crunchy Title.
