HH Sheikh Nahayan bin Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Commissioner-General of Expo 2020 Dubai stated that “The outstanding success stories achieved by the United Arab Emirates are the results of its wise and visionary leadership. They are built not only on the love of our country and our fellow citizens, but also on the contributions of everyone residing in the UAE. The appetite for outstanding achievements is in the nature of our leaders, he added, noting that they save no effort to ensure the welfare of all people living on the Emirati soil. This, in turn, has promoted and advanced the Emirati developmental, cultural, and humanitarian journey for more than half a century of excellence, advancement and creativity for building a more sustainable and prosperous future, he confirmed.
This was stated while His Highness welcomed Pierre Choueiri, Chairman and CEO of Choueiri Group – the leading media representation in the Middle East – to the headquarters of Expo 2020 Dubai.
On the occasion, Pierre Choueiri expressed deep gratitude to the United Arab Emirates for providing Choueiri Group with the perfect environment and fertile soil for growth and development over the last 30 years.
“We have unwavering confidence in the UAE, with everything that it offers – hospitability, unlimited support and endless chances for success – thanks to its wise and exceptional leadership and its great people”. He also went on to say that “The UAE has always been a global futuristic model for the importance of justice, tolerance, diversity, sustainability and empowering businesses, youth leadership and equal opportunities”.
During their meeting, HH Sheikh Nahayan bin Mabarak Al Nahayan, granted Pierre Choueiri the ‘Bunyan Award for Excellence in Leadership and Entrepreneurship’ in appreciation of his leading role and entrepreneurial spirit in developing youth capacity.
