The move marks the company’s fiftieth year in the UAE
Fidelity United, one of the longest standing insurance providers in the UAE, has opened a new management office located at Golden Gate Building, 3rd Floor, Office 302 and 303, Umm Hurrier Road, Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The office began operating on July 29, 2026, with members of the company’s board present for the inauguration.
The opening adds to Fidelity United’s network of offices across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, and comes at a fitting moment for the company, as it marks fifty years since it first opened its doors in the UAE.
“Today marks our first day in our new headquarters in Dubai,” said Ahmed Nasef, CEO of Fidelity United. “It is a special moment, arriving as we celebrate fifty years in the UAE. We are honored to have our board with us for the occasion. For five decades, we have served clients across every line of business, from corporate to individuals, always with our customers at the center of what we do. We believe the years ahead will be even brighter than what we have already achieved.”
The new office arrives during an active stretch for the company. Fidelity United has recently strengthened its digital insurance capabilities through a partnership with SlashData, and signed a strategic collaboration with Shory and EVS to support the future of electric mobility in the UAE. The company has also secured capital injection of AED 107 million, to reinforce its financial position as it expands.
That momentum builds on a five-decade track record. Since commencing operations in 1976, rebranding as Fidelity United in 2018, and expanding into Sharjah and Dubai in 2019, the company has grown to serve a significant number of individuals and process a substantial volume of claims across its five offices in the UAE.
