- Chughtai Clinic opens Decoded MenoMind, an integrated menopause programme in Dubai
- New service at Dubai Healthcare City brings symptom management and long-term health into one pathway — and brings partners into the conversation.
Menopause care in the UAE has long been fragmented: a woman navigating hot flushes, brain fog and shifting cardiovascular risk might see three or four specialists who never speak to each other. Chughtai Clinic is betting women want it handled in one place.
The Dubai Healthcare City polyclinic, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority, has launched Decoded MenoMind, an integrated menopause care and bio-intelligence programme for women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. It combines hormonal and psychological care, nutrition, physical strength work and lifestyle support into one coordinated pathway — and, notably for the region, extends guidance to partners supporting women through the transition.
The clinical logic is straightforward: menopause affects physical strength, cardiovascular, bone and cognitive health, yet these are typically assessed separately, delaying diagnosis. Decoded MenoMind manages them together, focused on healthspan rather than lifespan alone. The programme covers six areas — hormonal assessment, cognitive and mental health, clinical nutrition, cardiovascular/bone/brain health, physical wellness, and emotional and lifestyle support — beginning with assessment and diagnostics, then a personalized plan with coordinated follow-up.
“Women often consult several specialists independently, which can delay care,” said Dr. Omar Chughtai, CEO. COO Monu Choudhary added that patients now “move through assessment, diagnostics and follow-up as one continuous process,” involving partners “because this transition affects the whole household.”
Mental health is built into the pathway from the start. “Changes in mood, sleep and concentration are among the most common symptoms — and the least discussed,” said Dr. Balu Pitchiah, Consultant Psychiatrist and MenoMind co-founder.
