JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia – In its first few weeks of competition, the #SpotofTriumph has witnessed exciting participation from across Saudi Arabia. LG Electronics (LG) teamed up with Fortnite to offer gaming enthusiasts of all abilities the chance to participate in a series of battles for top prizes. More than 7,000 gamers have signed up and participated online since the launch earlier this month. The challenges have gone live from Thursday to Saturday.
Fans can still get in on the action by simply visiting https://www.lg.com/sa/spotoftriumph, to register and enter their Epic Games ID for Fortnite, granting access for LG to track the relevant challenges. Players can then play Fortnite as usual, with their performance being monitored automatically. Score will be tallied and added to LG’s leaderboard, with winners announced every Sunday.
Concluding the competition at the end of the month, participants and fans alike are invited to the Olaya brandshop in Riyadh on November 29th for the grand winner ceremony. Well-known gamers will be present for a meet and greet at the newly designed Fortnite Game Zones between 7:00 – 8:30 PM. Visitors can also check on LG’s latest gaming technology within these zones for the remainder of the competition.
