Surgeons can discuss their ideas with the DAIS team and then design and manufacture them at Auxein’s 40,000 sq.ft. State-of-the-art production plant. Auxein procures raw materials internationally and stores them as per ISO standards. After collaborating with the R&D team, the design gets converted into a prototype that undergoes numerous functionality tests. The prototype is then further tested in their mechanical testing lab, ‘Vibronics’ that evaluates its mechanical performance.
With computer-aided manufacturing, the prototype is then mass-produced, and each implant undergoes intensive surface treatment to ascertain optimum quality. Finally, the desired information is inscribed on implants with tamper-proof laser marking methods, sealed in pouches, and labelled according to EN 980 standards.
